About Carissa

Hi! I’m Carissa Buckley Design, a creative based in Avoca Beach, NSW Australia, with a specialty in Brand Design and Illustration.
I think outside the box to provide solutions that will set your company apart from competitors. Think eye catching graphics & illustrations in style and colours that represent your brand’s mission and vibe.
I have created art all of my life, and naturally have a bold style that meshes well to Graphic Design Work & Principles. I have a passion for watercolour and gouache painting as well as photography. You can see some of my work in these areas within the galleries of Other Arts.

I have run my own business known as ChiWolfMother for 8 years, promoting my Fine Art and continue to do this along side Carissa Buckley Design.
I am embracing making art everyday in the form of creative brand identities, illustration, social media, packaging, publications and campaigns.

I offer a full range of Graphic Design Services.

My Design Process includes the completion of a Creative Brief so that your design needs are addressed and met through the deliverables I create.

For most projects there is a process of Idea Generation and Visual Research (where I create moodboards) to demonstrate and map out the visual journey, direction and tone of voice for your brand, event, publication, persona. This is followed with Sketching my ideas. From there I will select the strongest designs and share them with you along with my reasoning behind the choices and the Colour System. After receiving your feedback and insight, the refinement process begins; I polish and buff your final design to it's brightest!
